Northstar at Tahoe Mountain Photo

"Northstar has the best park set up in Lake Tahoe. The groomers are a blast and there is some good steep terrain to shred on pow days! Think trees."

Highlights include the opening of Lake Tahoe’s first five-star caliber hotel located slopeside at the resort, new lifts, learning programs and beginner teaching terrain. New snowmaking has been added to the beginner teaching area of the mountain, allowing for ski-in, ski-out access from The Ritz-Carlton Highlands, Lake Tahoe, as well as improved early season conditions for those learning to ski and snowboard. The Highlands Gondola, a new fixed grip pulse gondola featuring 8-passenger cabins was erected this summer and will provide a direct connection between the Village at Northstar and The Ritz-Carlton Highlands, Lake Tahoe.
